Private sessions are held at Wrenn's private studio in Columbia, Tennessee. These small, intimate sessions are perfect for group healing, friends, family, bridal showers, date nights, and team building.
Customized sessions are also available.

Sound, as a healing medium, has been used since ancient times for health and well-being. The earliest instruments known to man date back some 40,000 years.
The most important principle of sound healing is that everything is vibration. Sound vibrations travels faster through water than any other medium and our bodies are 70%+ water! So our bodies actually feel sound on a cellular level.
During a sound healing session, Wrenn incorporates light breath work & aromatherapy along with frequencies and the soothing sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes & other instruments.
The sound waves will wash over you in a deeply calming meditative experience, as the healing vibrations work to improve your physical and emotional wellbeing.
The frequencies of the instruments will help clear emotional & energetic blockages in the body. Most guests leave with a feeling of peace & relaxation afterwards.

This session is focused on helping you and your partner understand each other, your karma, and your triggers on an entirely new level.
Together we will clear any blocks and work to enhance your energetic connection within a safe space.
With interactive partnered exercises, individual and combined astrology and gene keys readings of specific aspects, sound healing, and/or reiki energy healing you will deepen your understanding of yourself, each other. and your relationship.
